how do i enter?
spend $150 or more in a single transaction at www.mycavoodle.com.au during the promotional period and you receive one automatic entry into the draw. there is nothing to fill in and nothing to email us. eligible purchases must be completed before the promotion closes.
how many entries do i get?
spend $150 or more in a single transaction for one entry, $350 or more for two entries, or $500 or more for five entries.
multiple entries are permitted, and each qualifying order is treated as a separate entry.
what is the mystery cap offer?
customers who spend $250 or more in a single order receive one mystery mycavoodle cap (rrp $50), while stocks last. the offer is available only while stock lasts, is limited to one cap per qualifying order, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
who is eligible to enter?
entry is open to australian residents aged 18 years or over. employees of mycavoodle and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. all entrants must comply with the terms and conditions below.
when and how is the winner drawn?
one winner will be selected by random electronic draw at mycavoodle pty ltd, sydney nsw, on 7 october 2026 at 11:00am aest.
how will i know if i have won?
the winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number associated with their order within two business days of the draw, and announced on mycavoodle's instagram and facebook pages. if you would prefer your surname not be published, we will honour that request where permitted by law.
how is the $5,000 paid, and how long do i have to claim it?
the prize is $5,000 aud cash, paid by australian bank transfer. it is not transferable or exchangeable.
the winner must claim the prize within three months of being notified. if the prize is unclaimed, or the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.
what happens to my entries if i return my order?
if an order that generated an entry is refunded in full before the draw date, all entries associated with that order become invalid.
where a partial refund causes the remaining order value to fall below the applicable qualifying spend threshold, the associated entry or entries also become invalid.

Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of MyCavoodle and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
How to Enter
During the Promotional Period:
- Spend $150 or more in a single transaction at www.mycavoodle.com.au to receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
- Spend $350 or more in a single transaction to receive two (2) automatic entries.
- Spend $500 or more in a single transaction to receive five (5) automatic entries.
Eligible purchases must be completed before the promotion closes. Multiple entries are permitted. Each qualifying order is treated as a separate entry.
Mystery Cap Offer
Customers who spend $250 or more in a single order will receive one (1) Mystery MyCavoodle Cap (RRP $50), while stocks last. This offer:
- is available only while stock lasts;
- cannot be exchanged for cash or another product;
- is limited to one cap per qualifying order.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive $5,000 AUD cash, paid via Australian bank transfer. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at MyCavoodle Pty Ltd, Sydney, NSW on 7 October 2026 at 11:00am AEST.
Notification
The winner will be:
- contacted via the email address and/or phone number associated with their order within two (2) business days; and
- announced on MyCavoodle's Instagram and Facebook pages (unless the winner requests that their surname not be published where permitted by law).
Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within three (3) months of being notified. If the prize is unclaimed, or the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.
Returns & Refunds
If an order that generated an entry is refunded in full before the draw date, all entries associated with that order become invalid.
