Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 48-72 hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless ordered during a sale event or on pre-sale then please refer to sale terms and allow up to 1-4 weeks. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5-7 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The cost of standard shipping in Australia is: FREE when you make a purchase over $150 otherwise $11.99 for standard and $16.99 for express.

Internationally - No free shipping is offered on international purchases at this moment we offer at weight based pricing. International Shipping does not cover tariff charges, customer accepts thats at purchase they will incur the tax charges by their country. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mycavoodle.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Damaged Orders/Replacements

Any damaged orders during shipping must report damaged within 3 days of delivery and send photographic evidence of damage or breakage to be sent out a replacement. Without photographic evidence we will not send out replacements.
