Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through MyCavoodle.


Physical Products – Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed for the product value only

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or where a product has been marked as final sale / no returns during a promotion.


Digital Products (Online Course) – No Refunds

All digital products, including the Beginners At-Home Grooming Course for Cavoodles and Oodles, are non-refundable.

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to all course content, resources, and the private community
  • Due to this instant access, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided

We strongly recommend reviewing all course details, inclusions, and FAQs prior to purchase to ensure the course is suitable for your needs.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For digital products, this applies where the product is not delivered as described or is not accessible as promised.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within a reasonable timeframe if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Your item is faulty
  • You received the wrong product

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence

Once assessed, we will provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion or where required under Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds (Approved Returns Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
