We ship all over Australia and now offer shipping internationally!
The cost of standard shipping in Australia is: FREE when you make a purchase over $150 otherwise $9.95 for standard and $14.95 for express.
Internationally - No free shipping is offered on international purchases at this moment and is $25 flat rate standard postage.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48-72 hours during normal operating times. During sale periods orders can take up to 5-10 days to be packed and sent or pre-orders longer and based off backorder information stated on website before purchasing.
East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched through Australia post.
Outside of Australia depending on which country it could a longer period of time for your parcel to arrive please allow up to 3 weeks.
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, shop pay, apple pay and google pay.
If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged.
You will just be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@mycavoodle.com.au.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@mycavoodle.com.au. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to do so in accordance with our refund/exchange policy above.
We will inform you when you attempt to purchase a product if it is out of stock. If we run out of stock of your product after your purchase, you will have the option of waiting until the product arrives or an exchange/refund.
