How do I enter the $500 VISA gift card draw? +
Every customer who spends $250 or more during the sale is automatically entered. One winner will be drawn at random after the sale closes and notified by email or mobile.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it? +
You’ll have one chance to edit your order within 30 minutes of purchase — to add products or update your contact details. After that, orders move straight into packing and can’t be changed, so please check everything carefully before you pay.
Because of the volume of orders, we may not be able to reply to emails before your order is already on its way.
How long will shipping take, and can I get it faster? +
We’ll be processing hundreds of orders, but our new warehouse means orders are going out faster than ever. We prioritise express orders, so if you’d like yours quicker, choose express shipping at checkout. Spend $350+ and express shipping is free.
How will my order be packaged? +
Due to the high volume of orders and limited packaging, some orders may arrive in bubble wrap or mailers rather than our regular boxes. This just helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible — thank you for understanding! 💛
Can I use a gift card or another discount code as well? +
Sale discounts are applied automatically and generally can’t be combined with other promo codes. Gift cards can still be used as payment at checkout as normal.
Do you ship to New Zealand or internationally? +
Yes — we ship to New Zealand and many other countries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. (Free-shipping unlocks may apply to Australian addresses — check your cart for details.)
What if the item I want sells out? +
This sale is while stocks last, and some favourites will sell out fast. Once an item is gone, we’re not able to offer a raincheck at the sale price — so we recommend shopping early. Joining our mailing list above is the best way to be ready the moment the doors open.
Can I return or exchange a sale item? +
Sale items are final and we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on discounted products. Of course, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — if an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at hello@mycavoodle.com.au and we’ll make it right.
The website is down before the sale — is something wrong? +
Not at all! We close the website for a couple of hours just before launch to prepare everything for the big drop. It’ll be back online right on time at 11am AEST Sunday.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email — help! +
First, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still not there, your email may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Email us at hello@mycavoodle.com.au with your name and we’ll track down your order.
📋 Full Sale Terms & Conditions +
These terms apply to the MyCavoodle 2026 Budget Relief Sale (“the Sale”). By placing an order during the Sale you agree to these terms. The promoter is MyCavoodle (“we”, “us”), contactable at hello@mycavoodle.com.au.
1. Sale period
The Sale runs from 11:00am AEST on Sunday 28 June 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 (“the Sale Period”), or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Times are Australian Eastern Standard Time. We may close the website briefly immediately before the Sale to prepare for launch.
2. Discounts
Discounts of up to 50% apply only to selected products as marked, and are applied automatically at checkout — no code is required. Discounts apply to orders placed during the Sale Period only and cannot be applied retrospectively. Discounts are not redeemable for cash and, unless stated, cannot be used with any other offer, code or promotion. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Availability
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to withdraw any product from the Sale at any time. Sold-out items cannot be backordered at the Sale price.
4. Free gifts & spend thresholds
Spend-based rewards unlock as follows, based on the cart subtotal before shipping and after discounts: $120 — free 50ml Manuka Honey & Kelp Shampoo & Conditioner travel set; $150 — free standard shipping; $250 — entry into the mystery fragrance set and $500 VISA gift card draws; $350 — free express shipping. Free gifts and shipping upgrades are applied automatically at checkout, are subject to availability, have no cash value, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if stock runs out. Free-shipping rewards apply to standard Australian delivery addresses unless otherwise stated.
5. “First 50 customers” prize draw
The first 50 completed, paid orders placed from 11:00am AEST on Sunday 28 June 2026 will be entered into a draw to win one of three prizes: (1) the MyCavoodle Grooming Course, valued at $599; (2) a full refund of the winner’s order; or (3) first access to the new mystery fragrance set, valued at $99.99. Order sequence is determined by our store’s order timestamp, which is final. Cancelled, refunded (other than as a prize) or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
6. $500 VISA gift card draw
Every customer who spends $250 or more (cart subtotal before shipping) during the Sale Period is automatically entered into a draw to win one $500 VISA gift card. One winner will be drawn.
7. Prize draw conditions
All prize winners are drawn at random after the Sale closes and notified by email and/or mobile using the details provided at checkout within 14 days of the draw, so customers must ensure their details are correct. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw. The promotion is a game of chance; skill plays no part. Where required, the promotion will be conducted in accordance with the relevant State and Territory trade-promotion regulations. VISA gift cards are issued by a third party and subject to that issuer’s terms and expiry. Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18+ unless otherwise stated.
8. Order amendments
Due to high order volumes, orders can be amended only once and only within 30 minutes of purchase, to add products or correct contact details. After this window orders proceed to fulfilment and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before payment.
9. Shipping & packaging
Express orders are prioritised. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed, particularly given high volume during the Sale. Due to limited packaging and high demand, orders may be dispatched in bubble wrap or mailers rather than standard packaging.
10. Returns
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact hello@mycavoodle.com.au.
11. General
We reserve the right to vary, extend, shorten or cancel the Sale, and to correct any pricing or typographical errors, at any time without notice. By entering the prize draws you consent to us using your details to administer the promotion and, where you have opted in, to send you marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
