Shipping Protection Policy 

If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, mycavoodle will cover the cost of replacing or refunding your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. To qualify for this protection, you must notify our team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

This coverage applies to issues including, but not limited to, dented bottles, broken caps or pumps, and leaking bottles.

Important:

Lost or Stolen Packages: We will replace or refund the full cost of your order, depending on availability.

Damaged Goods: We will replace the damaged items at no additional cost, depending on availability.

If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that MyCavoodle is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit by Australia Post and you must take it upon yourself to file a claim with Australia Post to be re-imburst for their damages.

In this case, any costs associated with replacing or re-sending items, including but not limited to dented bottles, broken caps or pumps, and leaking bottles, will be your responsibility and cost.

Standard AU Postage is $9.95 to re-send out any products damaged during transit and will need to be covered by yourself if you hae not selected shipping protection insurance during checkout. 

By completing your purchase and ticking/unticking the shipment protection option at checkout, you agree to these terms and conditions.
