this is the most common concern, and it's exactly why the very first thing we teach is safety — not cutting. you'll learn proper handling and positioning, low-risk techniques to build confidence, how to read your dog's comfort signals, and when to stop. confidence always comes before skill inside this course. you are never thrown in the deep end.

my dog won't sit still — will this still work?
yes! inside the course we actually work with an anxious cavoodle who won't sit still — and we walk you through exactly how to handle, calm, and reassure them step by step. daniel shares professional groomer techniques for introducing your dog to clippers, dryers, and brushes in a slow, positive way so that grooming becomes calm rather than a battle.
do i need experience or special equipment?
none at all. the course covers exactly what tools you need, where to get them, and how to use them. we don't gatekeep anything — we show every product recommendation from clippers to blades, shampoos, brushes, dryers, and more throughout every step. if you're starting from zero, that's completely fine.
