When developing our cavoodle shampoo & conditioner we were adamant about creating a formula that was as natural as possible, without compromising on quality.
We have nothing to hide! That is why our formula contains the following key natural and coconut-based ingredients:
aqua (purified water), sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (coconut-derived cleanser that removes dirt and build-up without stripping the coat), cocamidopropyl betaine (a gentle coconut-derived cleanser that creates a soft, creamy lather), decyl glucoside (a plant-derived cleanser made from coconut and glucose), glycerin (a plant-derived moisturiser that helps the skin and coat retain hydration), parfum (our pomegranate fragrance), caprylyl/capryl glucoside (a gentle plant-derived cleanser that helps evenly blend the fragrance through the formula), sodium cocoyl glutamate (a cleanser derived from coconut and amino acids), polyglyceryl-6 oleate (a plant-derived conditioning ingredient that helps leave the coat feeling soft and smooth), glyceryl caprylate (a plant-derived moisturising and formula-protecting ingredient), citric acid (helps maintain a skin-friendly ph balance), sodium surfactin (an amino acid and fatty-acid-based cleanser that gently lifts away dirt and oils), beta-glucan (a moisture-supporting ingredient that helps soothe and condition dry or sensitive skin), aloe barbadensis leaf juice (aloe vera to hydrate and soothe the skin), tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e to nourish and condition the skin and coat), ethyltrimonium chloride methacrylate/hydrolysed wheat protein copolymer (a wheat-protein-based conditioning ingredient that helps improve softness, body and manageability), saccharide isomerate (a plant-derived moisture-binding sugar that helps support lasting hydration), prunus amygdalus dulcis oil (sweet almond oil to nourish and soften the skin and coat), cocos nucifera oil (coconut oil to moisturise the skin and leave the coat soft and conditioned), glyceryl undecylenate (a plant-derived conditioning ingredient that also helps keep the formula fresh and stable).

Instructions
Generously apply enough shampoo in your hands and mix with water to create a lather on your cavoodles body. Avoid the eyes. Give them a massage to show you care. Rinse well and repeat again. Follow with mycavoodle conditioner on either a wet or dry coat.

Is it okay to use on other dog breeds?
Yes our products are perfectly safe and suitable for other dog breeds, and work especially well on oodles, we are just very passionate about cavoodles so decided to niche down the business originally, but have lots of customers who don't own cavoodles and still swear by our products as it helps to keep the coat shiny, soft, fluffy, smell good for a long time and great for dogs with sensitive skin too!
Some breeds who also love our dog shampoo include poodles, spoodles, moodles, schnoodles, groodles, labradoodles, sheepadoodles, aussiedoodles, cavaliers, bichon frisé maltese & Shih Tzu's.
Is it okay to use on cavoodles with sensitive or dry skin?
We definitely know a lot of cavoodles suffer from dry flaky skin so we made sure a lot of good hydrating ingredients were in our formula like coconut oil, vitamin e, aloe Vera, oatmeal, almond oil.
We also tried to make it as natural as possible without compromising on salon quality using a lot of coconut-based cleansers, the only ingredients that aren’t considered “natural” are the pomegranate fragrance (that way lasts longer on the coat) and preservative to stop germ growth.
It’s also sulphate, paraben-free, vegan-friendly, hypoallergenic and pH balanced so definitely safe to use for sensitive skin cavoodles.
However, if your cavoodle actually has a serious skin condition like dermatitis or alopecia, you may need to talk to your vet about getting a medicated shampoo, ours is not medicated.
Is mycavoodle shampoo safe to use on puppies?
Yes, we have developed our formulas so that it is safe for young cavoodle puppies and adults! It is tear-free, soap-free and pH balanced made with gentle ingredients for their skin and coats.
Do these products lather?
Our mycavoodle shampoo has great lathering qualities and we get lots of great feedback about how long it lasts.
How long does our cavoodle shampoo bottle last?
This question will be different for everyone, as it really does depend on how frequently you wash your cavoodle, how big your cavoodle is (might need more product) and if you are a bit heavy handed with your shampoo'ing!
Does our cavoodle shampoo expire?
Our all in one shampoo can last up to 4 years unopened and 2 years opened.
Will the shampoo make my cavoodle coat colour fade?
No, our products will not strip your cavoodle's natural coat colour, if you use a hairdryer and slicker brush to dry them, then their coat will naturally look "lighter" because they will be fluffy and soft.

As a Cavoodle breeder...Central Coast Cavoodles, I have tried many different grooming products over the years, and I can genuinely say that MyCavoodle shampoo is one of the best I have used. I now use it on all of my puppies and adult dogs, and the results are absolutely beautiful.
The first thing you notice is the incredible fragrance. I have honestly never used a dog shampoo that smells this amazing! My puppy families regularly comment on how beautiful their puppy smells when they come for collection.
What I particularly love is what it does for the coat. It leaves the coat incredibly soft, fluffy and beautifully defined, bringing the natural curl and texture back without leaving it feeling heavy.
I breed both first-generation Cavoodles and multigenerational Cavoodles, so I work with a variety of coat types, from softer fleece coats through to curlier coats, and I have found this product works beautifully across all of them. Just look at the photo below to see the definition in the curl of the puppy after being washed in this product.
The puppies look, feel and smell amazing after their bath, which is why I now happily recommend this product to my puppy families as part of their ongoing grooming routine.

I am sorry to have to say this, but the all in one shampoo doesn’t seem to suit my Pomapoo. I’m thinking it’s the included conditioner. Toby’s fur seemed to clump together rather than separating and standing up a bit. I did like the fragrance though.
Best shampoo for cavoodles. Good for doggie parents who have sensitive noses and skin who react to doggy smell and shampoo smells as well.
Have tried both the salted caramel & the pomegranate shampoos and both are equally as delicious! My girl smells so good afterwards and the fragrance lasts for days afterwards. Excellent product and highly recommend!
